Terms and Conditions for New Growth Digital Business Consulting

1. Introduction By accessing and using the services of New Growth Digital Business Consulting, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Payment Terms All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment for hourly services must be received before the commencement of any work. The pricing for services starts at $25 per hour, with a minimum deposit of $100 required for hourly services. Any unused funds will be returned with an invoice when the job is complete.

For services that exceed the initial deposit amount, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Invoices not paid within 15 days will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance.

4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service agreement. This includes client data, project details, and pricing information.

5. Intellectual Property All content, designs, and strategies provided by New Growth Digital Business Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a license to use the provided materials for the agreed purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability New Growth Digital Business Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day written notice. Any prepaid amounts for services not rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Non-Payment and Hosting Plans Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments for any hosting plans associated with their services. New Growth Digital Business Consulting will not maintain or manage websites that are in arrears. The client accepts full responsibility for any damage or loss of service that may occur due to non-payment of hosting fees.

Payment Terms and Arrears

Hosting Bill Payment:

  • If a client’s hosting account is in arrears, no services or assistance will be provided for their website until the arrears are paid in full. Additionally, any service fees required for the requested assistance must also be settled before any work commences.

Monthly Updates on Hosting

Validity of Monthly Updates:

  • Monthly updates included in the hosting service are valid only for the respective month. If a client does not request an update within the specified month, they cannot carry over the update request to subsequent months. Any additional work required in the following months will be subject to standard service fees.

9. Changes to Terms New Growth Digital Business Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
